Seasoned Chicken Breast

This is an easy chicken recipe that I threw together with my spices on hand. It was Tuesday evening and it was my plan to make a healthy fried chicken. When to my surprise we had no Almond Flour, so I improvised.



two teaspoons of each,
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Thyme
  • Granulated Onion
  • a pinch of kosher salt
Put all spices in a small bowl


Next step is line baking dish with aluminum foil, spray with oil, or coat, and rub spices on the chicken. Bake at 400, for 20 minutes to 40 minutes, until done, and there is no pink juices when you cut into the chicken!
