This salad is an amazingly yummy leftover salad! The Chicken is from my post Seasoned Chicken Breast Salad, that I made the night before!What you will need: Mix it up, what ever you like, that is healthy!
- One hand full of Spring mix/ or spinach
- One sliced Mushroom
- Grape Tomatoes
- One tablespoon of Feta ( optional)
- Homemade dressing of choice!
Then eat and savor the delicious flavors!
